CC Teams Win District for First Time in School History
Both the boys and girls cross country teams made history for Montague ISD this Monday by winning the school’s FIRST EVER District Championship in Midway.
Levi Newland was the 1st place district champion with a PR of 12:40. Following him, was Zayden McCullar in 4th place with a time of 14:04, Caiden Young in 8th place with a time of 14:26, Decker Reese in 10th place with a time of 14:40, and Leevi Brown in 12th place with a time 15:52.
Sage Keck was the girls runner up with a time of 14:41. Following her was Kenzie McEwen in 4th place with a time of 16:54, Brily Johnson in 9th place with a time of 18:14, Joanna Parr in 11th place with a time of 18:35, Lynlee Coffman in 14th place with a time of 19:17, and Courtney Bobbitt in 24th place with a time of 21:47.
