Welcome Message from Our Superintendent
Dear Montague ISD Students, Families, Teachers, and Community Members,
Welcome to Montague ISD!
As your Superintendent of Schools, I am deeply honored to serve this remarkable community and lead a district where every student is known, valued, and challenged to achieve their full potential.
Montague ISD represents the very best of rural education with strong community values, dedicated educators, supportive families, and a rich tradition of pride and perseverance. School districts are truly the heart of a community, and our shared focus remains simple yet vital: keeping students at the center of every decision while creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive. Guided by our district motto, "Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow," we are dedicated to ensuring every student is prepared for success in school, in their careers, and in life.
Together, we will continue to build on Montague ISD's traditions of excellence by cultivating team spirit, mutual respect, and a strong sense of community and camaraderie across our campus.
Whether you are a longtime Eagle family or joining our district for the first time, thank you for your partnership, dedication, and trust. Together, we will continue to honor our district's proud foundation while thoughtfully building a bright future for our students.
With Eagle Pride,
Debra Sicking
Superintendent of Schools
